Quotations were invited by the Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the "Council") from an experienced multi-disciplinary team to develop the Economic Dimension of Stage 1 Activity 2 (The Strategic Outline Case) for the A62-A644 bus enhancements scheme under the West Yorkshire Combined Authority City Region Sustainable Transport settlement K1 (CRSTS).
