Description

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP Council) Flood Coastal Erosion Risk Management (FCERM) asset team require a contractor to carry out repairs at Whitley Lake, an area of Poole Harbour on the Western/inland side of Sandbanks.

The works are to extend the access ramps and steps to/beyond the current beach levels at Whitley Lake and to enhance/repair the current facilities. These works are to take place outside of peak usage periods and to allow safe access for the public as much as possible during the works.

The successful Bidder will be expected to commence the works in Spring 2024 with the works estimated to be up to 17 weeks. The contract duration will be for approximately 9 months. These dates are subject to the Council obtaining the required licenses and abiding by them.
