Description

This Procurement will set up a pseudo framework agreement to provide Domestic Abuse Support Services inGloucestershire.

The Framework is divided into six specialist themed Lots as follows: Lot 1: Core Service: Support for Victims;Lot 2: Provision of Places of Safety; Lot 3: Addressing Perpetrator Behaviour; Lot 4: Young People; Lot 5: Early Identification and Workforce Development; Lot 6: Stalking
The Services required under this procurement fall within Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015(SI 2015/102) and are therefore not bound by all of its requirements. The Council will follow its own modified version of the Framework process described under Regulation 33. This modified process, includes the length of the framework and the ability to reopen the tender to ensure coverage of service areas. The Council intends to reopen the framework on an annual basis for Lots 2-6; Providers should ensure they read ITT for full details, which is available at [http://supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk] Closing date for completed tenders 02/02/2018 at 10am.
