The structure of this commercial agreement will be determined as a result of the market engagement.

The purpose of the PIN is to signal an intention to conduct further market engagement with those within the housing maintenance & repair sector. The outline business case (OBC) for the new Housing Repair & Maintenance DPS has now been signed off and we are now looking to start shaping the proposed new agreement, including hosting collaborative sessions with both customers and suppliers to help shape key aspects such as the specification, filter system and terms & conditions.

Crown Commercial Service intends to hold market engagement sessions up to the end of July 2022 with industry experts, customers and suppliers interested in potentially bidding for the resulting DPS. We will also be holding an update webinar on 30/06/22.
