2.4 A block of eight units of accommodation will be available at:
Gochers Court, Islingword Road, Brighton, BN2 9DJ
The Accredited Service Provider can select whether to deliver support at this location or to offer eight units of group accommodation elsewhere. (For further information on Gochers Court, please see Appendix B).

2.9 Evaluation of the tender will include consideration of the number of units and quality of amenities offered.
2.10 There are a limited number of locations in the commissioning area considered by the Council to be unsuitable for this Service, for reasons including: proximity to other services, community sustainment, non-residential area etc. Tenderers are therefore requested to advise commissioners, at the earliest opportunity before the Mini Tender deadline, of the postal address of premises under consideration for requirements 2.4-2.5. Please submit by 17 April 2019 the addresses of potential premises via the online procurement portal; a reply will be sent within two working days confirming suitability solely in terms of location.
2.11 For reasons of location and layout, the premises at:
Orlando House, 68 Beaconsfield Road, Brighton, BN1 4PA
