Description
Somerset County Council is the minerals and waste planning authority for the County Council area (with the exception of Exmoor National Park). As part of its planning responsibilities SCC needs to manage a significant and complex caseload of planning matters regarding decisions, advice and agreement from the authority. Specialist external capacity is required to enable SCC to fully meet its caseload responsibilities.
