Description

Elmbridge Borough Council is approaching the market with the view of appointing a contractor to undertake a full portfolio valuation of the Council's investment properties and a percentage valuation of the Operational and Surplus asset each year. This contract is for a period of 2 years with the option to extend by a further two years (1+1) at the sole discretion of the Council in agreement with the successful bidder.
