Description

Chelmsford City Council is seeking to appoint at least one Contractor to provide reactive maintenance of its fixed electrical services in its premises located in Chelmsford and South Woodham Ferrers, Essex. This will be for a period of four years from 1st April 2017.
The four year contract requires the carrying out monthly emergency light testing, associated remedial works and responding to reactive call outs. It also may include additional works in the event of building modifications.
The Council is looking to appoint at least one Contractor to carry out the work specified within this Contract. The successful Contractors must be able to respond quickly and professionally to demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills whilst working to the expected high level of workmanship.
The Council reserves the right to award work to multiple contractors so estimated value represents the total contract value.
