Description

The Centre for Photonics and Photonic Materials at the University of Bath requires a multi-channel superconducting nanowire single photon detector (SNSPD) system for research across a diverse user base. Investigators will be using this system in conjunction with various experiments including quantum memories, single-photon frequency converters, single-photon sources, quantum information processing and metrology, nonlinear optical characterisation tools, and investigations of 2D materials.
