Description

1. Demolition of small structure and removal of all associated waste. Size approx. 3.7m X 3.8m X 2.5M high. The construction is of rendered breeze block with a formed metal sheet roof.
2. Landscaping of area (including site of demolished structure)
To include removal of all waste material, and provision of all hard and soft landscaping materials, planting and labour to form a safe and pleasing area which can be developed and enhanced over a period of years.
The area is roughly triangular bounded on 2 sides by a wall and the third side by a path.

The contractor will need to remove soil to expose the wall to a height of 1.2m on the shorter length of wall (approx. 9.9m) and remove any other material (there is some rubble and concrete posts adjacent to the building to be demolished) to make suitable for whatever surface is suggested by the contractor as part of the quotation.

The quotation should include a landscaping and planting sketch / plan identifying the proposed surface type and any plants.

The contractor will be responsible for all ground maintenance, repairs and replacement planting (other than work necessitated by vandalism, anti-social behavior or an illegal act) of the area they have constructed / installed for the 12 months after it has been agreed with the Town Council that completion is achieved
