1.8 Taunton and Somerset NHS Foundation Trust and Somerset Partnership NHS Foundation Trust require a web based Point of Care tool specifically designed to supply comprehensive evidenced synopses on a range of medical conditions and topics, including procedures and drug information in support of evidence based practice.
