Description

Birmingham City Council Public Health wish to enhance its existing engagement through additional targeted and tailored engagement that focuses on specific communities particularly around non-digital engagement. It is working with existing community partners to set up a minimum of 10 telephone tree pilots to help extend engagement for those with limited digital access.

We are looking to commission an organisation who will work closely with the community partners to upskill and co-ordinate the set up and delivery of a minimum of 10 telephone trees.
The requirements are as follows:
o Work with the 18 community providers to identify the groupings for at least 10 telephone trees
o Design and develop template for skeleton standard operating process that includes signposting, safeguarding and managing escalations
o Build training approach and training material / content to support messaging
o Manage delivery of training to community partners and telephone trees volunteers / train the trainer model
o Provide 12-month co-ordination role to oversee successful delivery of telephone trees and monitoring of outcomes
o Produce end of project evaluation report and learning

The telephone trees to be set up by 1st April 2021 and to run until 31 March 2022.
