Description

North Somerset Council are seeking the provision of a leadership development programme to provide support to managers through organisational change,with a focus on leading change and developing new skills in managers, specifically around strong leadership.

The programme is anticipated to cover an 18 month period and will be offered to a group of 80-120 managers, dependant on requirement.
