Lewisham Council is planning to go out to tender for the processing of their dry recyclables. In preparation for this tender the Council will engaging in a soft market testing event. The Council would like to invite you to take part in this event to discuss this contract and how we can ensure the Council's requirements are not inconsistent with what the waste market has to offer.
