The Council is seeking a Contractor(s) to collect and manage all onward processes in the recycling or reprocessing of disused redundant and damaged plastic wheelie bins of various sizes (typically but not exclusively 140l, 240l and 360l) from the council's stock of bins in Wolverhampton. This plastic waste is expected to be collected as a commodity with an income value to be received by the Council.
