To carry out an assessment of NBBC's 25 Independent Living Units, due to a number of these units experiencing flats and flatlets which have been difficult to let for significant periods. Assessment to provide a detailed report and costed proposal for each option below.
• Decommission ILU, let as GP block (Open to public).
• Refurbish and/or Remodel the building.
• Demolish and rebuild as residential housing.
• Land sale prices following demolition of building.
