Description
Crosfield Hall is a popular community venue consisting of a main hall, secondary rooms and catering facilities. It hosts a wide range of community activities in addition to civic events and meetings. The South of Romsey Town Centre Masterplan proposes the possible relocation of the Hall to enable further commercial redevelopment on the site. No decision has been made on the future of Crosfield Hall. This Options appraisal will aim to provide information and evidence to ensure that any decision is fully informed. To that end, the Options appraisal should also consider the option of retaining the facility in its current location.
