Description

Great Yarmouth Borough Council ("the Council") wish to select and appoint a suitable Agent/s for the provision of brokerage & Marketing Services for the leasing and disposing of development land in South Denes covering Great Yarmouth Energy Park and other sites within South Denes. The commission will include responsibility and accountability for the provision of Sales and Marketing Agency Services for the duration of the sales elements of the contract. The contract is anticipated to commence in March 2019 and will continue for a period of 2 years unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract.
