Description
The purpose of the condition survey is to focus on the fabric of the physical building and on its key fixed-position M&E components, in order to help formulate a forward looking leisure facilities strategy. Your comprehensive report will inform the debate as to the costs required to keep Bramcote Leisure Centre serviceable for at least 10 years, and with a possible long-term lifespan beyond that.
There is no requirement to assess the portable/semi-portable contents of the building such as gym equipment etc
You will need to bring both structural and M&E expertise to the table.
