Description

The building is a community Pavilion which is in constant use by all age groups. Work must be completed in a single phase to limit the disruption to the building and ideally at the end of May. The works required include the replacement of the existing boiler and associated plant within the plant room along with the upgrade of the BMS. Full details can be found in the programme of works within the specification.
