Description

The provider will offer:
• 3 centre based youth groups for LGBT young people 50 weeks per year. The provision will run fortnightly in the Chester, Ellesmere Port and Winsford locality in accessible venues. The provider will offer a range of positive activities and targeted interventions which will include Emotional Health and Well-being; Reducing risk taking behaviour; and Health. The groups will predominantly be accessible to young people aged 13 to 19, however younger ages may be considered with agreement by the Commissioning Manager
• Pastoral support to 10 secondary schools to include one to one pupil support and training for teachers and school staff to increase awareness and improve support for pupils who identify as LGBT.
• Awareness raising for Children's Service workforce to support their work with LGBT young people.
