Description
We are seeking to appoint a suitable qualified and experienced Plant Movement Partner, who will work closely with Anthro throughout the life of the OOC project. In doing so the successful subsubcontractor (the Partner) will work alongside our Logistics Engineer Manager to coordinate plant movement activities on site, in line with industry standards, good practice and HSQE and H2S requirements. In providing these services the successful bidder will be required to: undertake Prelims included but not limited to the production of RAMS, Lifting Review and ensuring compliance and safe working practices in line HSQE.
In delivering these services, the successful bidder will be required to:
• Undertake Preliminaries: This includes, but is not limited to, the development and production of detailed Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), Lifting Plans, and comprehensive reviews to ensure all activities align with safe working practices.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance: The appointed Partner will be responsible for ensuring that all plant movement operations strictly adhere to the highest levels of compliance, with particular attention to Health and Safety Executive (HSE) guidelines, industry regulations, and project-specific environmental and safety standards (HSQE).
• Facilitate Seamless Integration: The Partner will be expected to integrate seamlessly with other project teams, coordinating with site managers, engineers, and subcontractors to optimise workflows, prevent disruptions, and maintain consistent site productivity.
• Provide Expertise and Innovation: Leverage technical expertise and the latest technology in plant movement and lifting operations to enhance operational efficiency, reduce risks, and contribute to ongoing innovation in construction processes.
• Support Training and Awareness: Promote a safety-first culture by supporting training initiatives for on-site personnel and ensuring that all staff involved in plant movement are fully trained in the latest HSQE protocols.
The successful Partner will play a critical role in the smooth, safe, and efficient handling of plant and lifting operations, contributing to the overall success of the OOC project.
The successful bidder will be responsible for the management and movement of plant on site where specialist expertise and equipment are required e.g., lifting equipment telehandler, cranes. Providing specialist personnel e.g. Appointed Person, Lifting Engineers and associated equipment.
