Description
This is not a call for competition.
Solihull MBC are looking to engage with the market to inform future plans for mental health community services.
We are looking to understand how providers have delivered short term (under 12 month) reabling services for adults with mental health needs and/or autism (and without a learning disability).
The focus of the services would be around:
• Routine building
• Personal hygiene
• Cooking and cleaning
• Social engagement
• Using transport
• Building support networks
• Managing money
We are interested in hearing your experiences of delivery models for these services. What has worked? What has not worked? Why? What hourly rates have you charged for these services?
Do you see mental health and autism clients as two separate support groups to be supported by two group of staff, or do you think they can be supported by the same organisation and one team?
In order to respond to this request for market engagement:
• Please email your response to the above questions directly to asccommissioning@solihull.gov.uk
• Title your email "Market Engagement Mental Health"
• Ensure you include appropriate contact details so that commissioners can contact the relevant person if they require a follow up conversation.
• Please submit your respond by 9th May 2021.
