Description

Alderbury Village Hall Extension

Alderbury Parish Council, as the owner of the Alderbury Village Hall and the adjacent Recreation Ground located on Southampton Road in the centre of the village of Alderbury, Salisbury, is seeking tender bids for the following works:

• An extension to the rear (South West) of the Village Hall and Social Club, approximately 23.6m x 5m, including the provision of a meeting room, new kitchen for the Social Club, a treatment room, a toilet and storage,
• An infill extension between the existing dressing room and toilet block on the South East elevation of the Village Hall, approximately 13m x 2.8m,
• Improvements to the Village Hall kitchen,
• Improvement in the appearance of the buildings through render, cladding and new windows.

Please note the following requirements of tendering contractors:

• The contractor must be able to demonstrate successful completion of previous projects of a similar nature. Case studies and testimonials are also welcomed.

• The contractor must provide a current Public Liability Insurance certificate.
