Description
BCP Council is seeking a Service Provider to manage its concession of lamp column banner advertising sites across Bournemouth, as well as expanding into Poole which has not previously had banners on lamp post advertising columns, this is a new area the Service Provider will work with the Council to expand into.
The contract will be for three years, with the option to extend annually for a further two years (3+1+1). Therefore, if all extensions were taken the full length of the contract would be for five years.
The Service Provider will actively pursue advertisers for the sites and return an agreed proportion of total revenue sales to the Council.
The Service Provider will also be responsible for all costs associated with the planning applications, production, installation, maintenance and removal of the banners and infrastructure.
