Description

Leicester City Council ("the Authority", "LCC") is seeking to appoint a demolition contractor to
undertake the partial demolition of St. Margaret's Bus Station, Burleys Way, Leicester, with
structural framing members retained to enable the refurbishment and redevelopment of a new
bus station in the location. This tender is competitively procured using the Crown Commercial Services (CCS)
Framework. It will be managed by the Authority's Procurement Department, via the East
