Description

Corby Innovation Hub are Corby Borough Council premises providing a multi-occupancy facility for businesses (business units). The requirement is for all year round, 24/7 responsive guard services and key-holding, to respond to alarm calls. On- site guarding (one guard) is also required on alternate Saturday mornings between 06:30 and 13:00. Additional services may be required as specified. The intended start date of the contract is 5th February 2018. The initial term of the contract is 12 months with the option to extend for two periods of up to 12 months each making a maximum term of three years (1+1+1).

Interested parties must also register their interest by email to the Corby Innovation Hub Manager david.allen@corby.gov.uk by no later than Monday 20th November. This is to ensure they receive any further communication regarding the tender, such as clarifications. Responses to questions regarding the tender of interest to all potential bidders (Clarification notices), will also be posted on this Opportunity Notice.

NB: The deadline for registering interest is Monday 20th November.

The deadline for questions is Wednesday 22nd November.

The deadline for bids is NOON Monday 27th November.

Interested parties must complete and return TWO paper copies of the attached Response document (doc 4) addressed as described in the tender documents.
