Description

The purpose is to provide a brief and documentation for tenderers to enable Teesside University to select a framework of Contractors for the Measured Term Contract at the Middlesbrough campus, Darlington campus and Saltersgill Pavilion.
The will cover the following lots:
LOT 1 - Joinery
LOT 2 - Paving & Groundworks
LOT 3 - Suspended Ceilings & Partitions
LOT 4 - Roofing Repairs
LOT 5 - Flooring
LOT 6 - Glazing & Blinds
LOT 7 - Fire Alarm
LOT 8 - Electrical Installation Work
LOT 9 - Intruder Alarm
LOT 10 - CCTV
LOT 11 - Piped Mechanical Services
The Term of the Contract will be over a period of six years. Initially 3 years with option to extend for 3 x 12 month periods.
