Description

The R&R Delivery Authority is seeking to identify and appoint an organisation to partner with to develop and facilitate a team development programme for the R&R Delivery Authority's executive committee. The Delivery Authority was established by Parliament in May 2020 to deliver the complex work to restore and renew the Palace of Westminster. The DA has been appointing to its Executive team since that time, with CEO David Goldstone joining in July 2020 and the last executive role appointed to earlier this year. The Restoration and Renewal Programme has recently completed a key piece of work to establish our Values and Behaviours as we recognise how important this is to developing the right culture for this complex programme. We are committed to creating the right environment, developing leaders at all levels in our organisation and this investment in our Executive team is the foundations for us creating a cohesive, high performing organisation that will deliver value for money and excellent return on investment for the programme. As a newly formed executive leadership team responsible for delivering a major programme of complex work under close political and public scrutiny, we therefore require the following outcomes from the executive team development programme:
The accelerated development of a single, cohesive executive leadership team, vision, creating a common language and tone of voice linked to our new values and behaviours, and the skills to role-model collective leadership for the growing organisation.
The undertaking of psychometrics - with both an individual lens, before considering what the individual assessments are telling us and what it means for the executive as a team. Where the strengths lie and where there are gaps in the team that need to be managed. To develop a plan, owned by the executive, for organisational structure and delivery model for Phase Two of the programme of restoration and renewal work.
