Description

MVDC's Asset Investment Strategy (AIS) set out a comprehensive framework for the acquisition of commercial property investments to create income through a satisfactory return on investment. As a result, a diverse property portfolio of six freehold properties were acquired over the period April 2017 to October 2018. This meets MVDC's key corporate objective of funding the costs of service delivery to its residents.
MVDC are looking to appoint an Investment Advisor to review and advise on the optimum 'hold' periods of each property, risk profile and the resulting asset management strategy so that the portfolio continues to meet this objective
