Description

To carry out the final evaluation of the Leeds implementation of this programme in late 2019 or early 2020. This will include analysis of the number of readings taken, where they were taken and the populations tested, and survey data covering people's attitudes to the service, including patients tested by the service and professionals providing the service. To compliment this, a piece of qualitative evaluation is required
