Description

From time to time WDH tenants and shared owners vacate the properties in which they live. Any such vacated properties are termed 'void' and often require various clearing and cleaning services performed to their interiors and exteriors prior to them being re-let. There may also be occasions when services are needed for void properties for outright sale.
When a property becomes void a WDH officer normally visits the property to undertake an inspection in order to determine the extent of works and services required.
The order will detail the full extent of works required to the property although the contractor may be required to undertake these works over multiple visits rather than all at once
