Description

York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (YTHNFT) is facing a challenging environment in particular financially, which presents an opportunity to look to deliver its administrative services in new ways, working across traditional boundaries and seeking innovative solutions that will help parts of its internal systems to be truly integrated around the needs of its employers.

Finding more innovative technology and automation to support the best use of its resources, will help to deliver better future services and find ways to develop more efficient costs.

We are seeking innovative ideas and to work with a supplier to install and maintain vending machines equipped for stationery in various locations within the hospital sites.

We would be looking for the vending machines to work with our internal identification systems for retrieval of items from the machines and allow a robust audit of stock take.

Ideally the vending machines will have a mechanism for auto reorder to replenish stock levels ensuring optimum accessibility for our 24/7 servicing organisation.

We would welcome contact from suppliers who have delivered similar contracts and can propose innovative models of delivery, including, but not limited to, possible concession opportunities alongside the core delivery of our internal stationery requirements.

We look forward to hearing from you.
