Description
Property Services are seeking a supplier for the provision of a strategic review of the city council's Central Administration Buildings (CAB) portfolio and exploration of opportunities for further consolidation aimed at achieving target net annual revenue savings by 2022/23.
The contract will be for a period of 4 months commencing Monday 23 September 2019.
Award will be based on the evaluation criteria stated in the quotation pack.
