Description
SCC is seeking an independent means of assuring, reviewing and informing its project around the delivery of travel demand management in support of HPC. The solution which could take the form of a key individual or a more team based wider approach will draw upon a wide understanding of best practice and the latest academic literature and thinking to support:
o Advice on procurement
o Support in tender evaluation
o Formal project gateway reviews
o As well as miscellaneous support of the project
