North Lincolnshire Council is inviting Tenderers to bid for the Supply of Professional Services to Assist with Email Migration from IBM Lotus Notes to Microsoft Exchange. To ensure a smooth transition from Notes to Microsoft Exchange we are looking to acquire specific professional services to assist with the migration. The professional services will cover the following high level requirements: * Initial scoping of the project;* Design of new MS platform and associated services;* Build of the replacement platform;* Comprehensive testing of the replacement products and services;* Migration of users from Lotus to MS; * Training; and* Closing down of the Lotus platform including all relevant documentation. Submission of completed Tenders to be sent to the Council must be made via the Council's e-Tendering System YORtender, no later than 12 noon on Wednesday 22 April 2015.
