The University of Sheffield's tender for a X-ray photoelectron spectrometer capable of matching and preferably exceeding current capabilities in spectroscopy, chemical imaging and Ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy (UPS) and to increase these capabilities to include high resolution depth profiling of organic materials and facilities has been awarded.
