Description

This Business Modernisation for Support (BMfS) early market engagement follows on from the first commercially focussed RFI that ended 25 Jan 22. It is directed at Service Management providers, that manage the ongoing planning, support, maintenance, reporting, upgrade and continual service improvement of key software support services. The suppliers should be able to satisfy some (or all) technical elements of the programme to inform the MOD's Digital Transformation Programme. They must be able to work alongside the System Integrator and fully integrate with the organisational transformation. This RFI seeks to obtain a range of budgetary estimates for the delivery of this programme and confirm the viability of the options. Both will in turn assist with the formation of the MOD's Outline Business Case that will be submitted for approval Q2/3 2022.
