Description
Lincolnshire County Council wishes to procure a Supplier to lead the delivery of a customised programme of PR and marketing activities utilising a range of digital and traditional solutions aimed at raising awareness of employment and skills services within the Lincolnshire County Council area with a view to increasing take up of provision.
The Council are looking for a supplier to develop, manage and deliver a Communication Plan to support awareness raising of Employment and Skills and associated Council services in Lincolnshire.
Quotations are invited in respect of PR and marketing services to support and promote Employment and Skills Lincolnshire activities. The successful supplier will be responsible for providing this service, liaising closely with the Principal Officer for Learning and Skills.
Through this contract the Council wish to deliver a clear, targeted and intelligence led communication plan which delivers clear messages to all interested parties. In order to ensure that communications are effective, the Supplier should initiate research in order to develop a 'Communications Intelligence Report' which considers the various audience groups and defines how best to communicate with these groups, considering the best communication channels, message format and frequency of delivery.
