These properties are within the geographical areas of Sunderland, Houghton-le-Spring and Washington.
They consist of standard domestic properties, as well as those in low-rise and multi storey blocks, and those in sheltered and extra care schemes.
Cleaning, clearance and security services are required prior to the properties being made available for re-let.
