Description

Public Health England (PHE), also referred to as the 'Authority', is looking to purchase an contractor to undertake the Internal alterations and refurbishment works to 3 areas within an occupied building.
Works include, but not limited to; removal of existing partitions, new metal stud and glazed partitioning, new door-sets and new wall, floor and ceiling finishes. Plus alterations to existing mechanical and electrical services, including but not limited to; small power & data, lighting, access control, fire alarm & heating systems.
