Description

Tender for Whitgreave Street Housing

New build housing scheme at Whitgreave Street, consisting of 6 separate new dwellings (6 houses)- 6 no. 4 bed semi-detached housing. With associated hard and soft landscaped areas, below ground drainage and adopted highways works. Generally comprising:
o Site strip with cut and fill
o Demolitions with adjustments to levels
o Piles under the foot print of the dwellings
o Reinforced strip foundations with beam and block ground floors
o Masonry load bearing cavity walls, tiled pitched roofs, plastered and decorated finishes internally, kitchens and bathrooms, UPVC windows and doors
o Mechanical and electrical installations
o Front and rear landscaped gardens, fencing and gates
o Highways works including access road, bell mouth and turning head, pavement crossovers, street lighting and sewers
o Car parking
o Drainage
o Masonry and sheet pile retaining walls
