This project aims to evaluate the 'Pioneers' established by the Government's 25 Year Environment Plan (25YEP). It will capture the previous and ongoing work of the Pioneers and learn transferrable lessons from their experiences to inform the wider roll-out of the 25YEP and the on-going work of the Pioneers
