Leicester City Council before commencing a formal tender process, are keen to seek market information from organisations that may have an interest or expertise in this field. The information provided will be used to help inform and shape our the requirements in our specification. The current income system covers multiple payment channels as listed below: Face to Face, including chip and pin and contactless, at over 50 outlets around the city; Mediated telephone payments (MOTO) at our contact centre(s); Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) telephone payments line; Internet Payments; Central payments portal; 3rd party application integration; E-forms (Firmstep) integration; External (e-commerce); Internal (MOTO); National portal integrations. Kiosks (Currently Banking Automation); Paypoint Parking; Car park and on street parking; Cashless parking; Bank Payments; Mobile payments (Barclays Pingit); Online; QR codes.
