Description

Amber Valley Borough Council (AVBC) are seeking a suitably qualified and professional service provider to fully reconstruct the Car Park following a land slip incident. The main works will be to rebuild the boundary retaining wall and make good all disturbed surfaces/services , leaving the site -once complete- fit for purpose and fully operational.

JCT Minor Works 2016 will be the contract used for this project

Design details/plans for the construction of the retaining wall will be provided.

As part of the procurement process ,applicants will need to meet the requirements of a Suitability Assessment (SA).

It is anticipated a full tender pack will be available from 27/07/2020.
