Description

Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is looking to re-procure an environmental enforcement contractor to support the on-going work within the Town Centre only.
The Service Provider will form part of a Town Centre team where they will carry out an ambassador role within the Town Centre dealing with a range of environmental offences whilst also offering support and guidance to residents, visitors and businesses within the Town.
The contract will be based on provision of the services based on retention of a portion of the value of each paid fixed penalty notice, so at zero cost to the Council.
