Description

This aim of this procurement is to implement a framework which covers all of the Council's requirements for the hiring of construction plant and equipment. The contract is split into 5 Lots covering:- Lot 1 - Operated Plant, · Lot 2 - Non Operated Plant, · Lot 3 - Small Tools, · Lot 4 - Access Equipment, · Lot 5 - Accommodation. The Lots are then split down into 10 categories from A1 - I as detailed within the Pricing Schedules, suppliers may bid for one or more category(s). Upto a maximum of 3 suppliers will be awarded to each category on the Framework based on the ranked score achieved. Delivery of the equipment will mainly be at locations throughout Gateshead but may extend to other parts of the region. This will be specified at the time of order.
