The Expanded Trail Therapy Project will deliver significant social value by enabling adults experiencing isolation, social anxiety and depression (predominantly from some of the city's most deprived communities) to take part in weekly (x 10 weeks) group-based bike maintenance training followed by group mountain bike rides at rural locations near to Plymouth.
