Description
Cambridge City Council (CCC) and South Cambridgeshire District Council (SCDC) are seeking suitably qualified and experienced consultants to develop an energy and infrastructure study and energy masterplan to support the development of the North East Cambridge Area Action Plan (NEC AAP).
An evidence base is required to support a site wide approach to energy provision, including identification of the electricity infrastructure required to support the planned growth of the area and the achievement of policies related to carbon reduction and the transition to a net zero carbon study. SCDC will be leading on the procurement on behalf of CCC and SCDC working in partnership with colleagues from Cambridgeshire County Council.
