Description
City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Provider (the Provider) of a fully cloud hosted and integrated, end-to-end system designed specifically for the waste management, recycling and resource industry.
The Council's Trade Waste Service is a non-statutory traded service serving the Bradford business community with a quality waste collection service including restaurants, shops and offices. The Trade Waste Service has approximately 3,800 customers and 4 refuse wagons. The Clinical and Special Waste Service has approximately 300 customers and 2 vehicles. The current system used is IWS from AMCS and the contract is due to expire 12th July 2019.
We require a Trade/Clinical & Special Waste system, including operations management software. The system must provide full automation from setting up contracts to raising invoices through the system, should be designed based on industry best practice to automate and manage the collection, treatment, recycling and sale of waste and recycling material and must be able to streamline and automate operational processes, drive continual efficiency improvements and ultimately increase margins, drive customer profitability and improve customer experience.
The proposed contract will be for an initial duration of three (3) years with a possible two (2) twelve (12) month extensions. NOTE: For further information and to access the relevant documentation, please go the Yortender portal https://procontract.due-north.com
